Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a mix of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, and ensure accurate attribution. The role emphasizes strategy, client communication, and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
