Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative on client asks.

You will be the strategic voice in client discussions, making campaign decisions and owning GA4 tracking, platform pixels, and performance storytelling on calls. Remote role with US/Canada/Global client roster.

• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.

• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with storytelling on the calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
