Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co in Georgia is offering a 10–12-week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship. You will gain practical experience in field operations while learning branch processes and collaborating with crews.

You will shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership, with dedicated mentorship and leadership development. The program supports future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in related field (Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Operations Management).
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs as part of a team.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Dedicated mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
• Leadership development and professional etiquette training.
• Collaborative projects with fellow interns and skilled professionals.
