Job summary

Ruppert Landscape, a leading provider of commercial landscape maintenance and installation services, offers a 10–12-week paid internship in Landscape Maintenance.

You will gain hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, plus dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

The program emphasizes teamwork, networking, and real-world experience, with the chance for future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
