Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance. You will gain hands-on field experience, shadow diverse teams, and receive mentorship to develop professional skills.

The program emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and real-world project work that supports the company's operations. Interns will also have the opportunity to present their experiences at the program's end and may be considered for future full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused with willingness to support varied operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field experience across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and regular feedback to support professional development.
• Participate in Management & Leadership Development and teamwork-focused projects.
• Collaborate with interns and staff on meaningful projects and tasks.
• Present internship experience and lessons learned at program end.
