Ruppert Landscape Co. offers a 10–12-week Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to give you hands-on field and office experience in a fast-paced environment across our operations, irrigation, enhancements, sales, and leadership teams.

You will work with a mentorship program, participate in collaborative projects, and have the opportunity to present your internship experience at the end. Excellent for students pursuing related degrees, with growth and potential for future roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across landscape operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback.
• Leadership development and professional etiquette training.
• Collaborative team environment with interns and staff.
• Professional networking with mentors and leaders.
• Intern choice training in department of choice at program end.
• Final presentation of internship experience and lessons learned.
• Possible full-time opportunities after graduation.
