Job summary

The Heritage Group Internship Program provides hands-on paid experiences in a corporate function or within one of our operating companies. Interns support the Learning and Development team, assist with designing digital learning content, and help manage LMS tasks.

Pay is hourly and based on academic standing. The program includes mentorship, networking, and weekly professional development events across our diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the L&D Manager and Specialists in facilitating on-site and virtual training sessions.
• Assist with design, update, and delivery of learning initiatives.
• Observe internal meetings and support design, delivery, engagement and evaluation of in-house learning initiatives.
• Assist LMS Administrator in managing reporting functions.
• Develop digital learning content (eLearning, guides, job aids).
• Support content reviews for clarity and accuracy.
