Job summary

ATB Technologies in Chesterfield, MO, offers a full-time summer IT internship designed for current college students seeking hands-on experience in an MSP environment. You will join the Help Desk, learn technical support, ticketing, and client communication while shadowing other departments on-site.

This 12-week program runs 40 hours per week starting May 17, 2027, with an anticipated end date August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program in IT-related field.
• Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn in fast-paced MSP environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to support requests with professionalism and clear communication.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, networks.
• Assist in identifying and implementing customer solutions.
• Participate in follow-ups and elevate issues when needed.
