Job summary

ATB Technologies, LLC in St. Louis seeks an IT-minded student for a hands-on Support Services internship. You will assist the frontline team, resolve client issues, and learn how we plan and improve technical processes in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The 12-week Spring 2027 program runs on-site at our Chesterfield office, requires about 20 hours per week, and includes mentorship from experienced IT professionals with potential for future employment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university IT-related program.
• Preferred graduation window: May 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with networking and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Pursuing or holding relevant IT certifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to incoming support requests with professionalism and clear communication.
• Document issues and resolutions thoroughly in our ticketing system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems, including desktops, servers, firewalls, and networking equipment.
• Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to customer issues.
• Participate in follow-ups and escalate issues internally when needed.
