Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an IT, computer science, or related academic program.
• Recent graduate of such a program.
• Holds or is pursuing an industry certification, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google IT Support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk tickets assigned by IT staff.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with employees.
• Keep tickets up to date and resolve them on time.
• Keep IT equipment and software updated to supported levels.
• Document IT processes in the central repository.
• Maintain accurate asset records and report changes.
