Job summary

Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon, MI is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support the park's technology systems. This paid internship offers hands-on experience with technical support, network infrastructure, hardware deployment, system administration, and end-user assistance in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with setup and maintenance of computers, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and ticketing equipment; support network wiring; provide help desk support; and learn

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college degree or certification program.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Windows/macOS systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 30 pounds of equipment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and ticketing equipment.
• Support network infrastructure including wireless access points and switches.
• Provide help desk support to associates across multiple park departments.
• Assist with user account administration, system security, and technology documentation.
• Maintain IT inventory records and support hardware deployments.
• Learn how technology supports daily park operations and guest experiences.
