Job summary

KnowBe4 in New York, NY offers a paid Demand Generation Summer Internship in a hybrid role. You will work three days a week in the NYC office, supporting the Global Demand team with campaign setup, reporting, asset organization and tracking to ensure high-quality results.

You will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce, UTM tracking and multi-channel campaigns, while collaborating with marketing partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• Exposure to a CRM (like Salesforce) or Email Marketing tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to write clearly and professionally, especially with external partners or vendors.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects or demand programs while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Able to multi-task, be results oriented and organized.
• Team oriented and willing to help others to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on demand gen programs with the marketing team.
• Create and update Salesforce campaigns for various marketing programs.
• Track campaign pacing and lead quality; manage lead returns with 3rd-party vendors.
• Create and manage campaign tracking links in the UTM database for proper attribution.
• Assist with development of campaign assets and hand-off to external vendors.
• Verify, clean, and process lead reports from 3rd party vendors.
• Gain hands-on experience monitoring full-funnel programs and lead lifecycles in Salesforce.
• Learn ROI-based optimization and pacing of initiatives.
• Understand mechanics of 3rd-party partnerships from delivery to lead quality audits.
