KnowBe4 is offering a Demand Generation Intern position in Arlington, VA, with three days in-office per week. You will support campaign setup, reporting, asset organization, and tracking to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver results.

The role emphasizes Salesforce campaign work, lead management with vendors, and learning full-funnel marketing analytics. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external partners or vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with a CRM (like Salesforce) or Email Marketing tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to write clearly and professionally for coordination and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support demand gen programs with campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
• Create and update Salesforce campaigns for marketing programs.
• Track campaign pacing and lead quality; manage lead-return with vendors.
• Develop and manage campaign tracking links in our UTM database.
• Assist in creating campaign assets and coordinating with external vendors.
• Verify, clean, and process lead reports from third-party vendors.
• Gain hands-on experience monitoring full-funnel programs in Salesforce.
• Interpret pacing and ROI to inform data-driven optimization.
• Understand UTM tracking and multi-channel program attribution.
• Learn mechanics of third-party partnerships and lead quality audits.
