Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a motivated Demand Generation Intern to join the Revenue Growth team and support B2B marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to support paid media, digital campaigns, landing pages, reporting, and funnel optimization while learning how marketing investments translate into revenue.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with or a strong eagerness to learn digital marketing and project management tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns.
• Assist with campaign launches across paid search, paid social, email, and other digital channels.
• Help coordinate campaign assets, timelines, tracking, and deliverables across internal teams and agency partners.
• Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, leads, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and cost per acquisition to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Stay current on digital acquisition trends and emerging B2B marketing tactics.
• Help create presentations that communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities within the marketing funnel.
• Participate in campaign and pipeline review meetings.
• Document processes, campaign learnings, and best practices to improve team efficiency.
