Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Demand Generation Summer Intern to support the Global Demand team in a hybrid capacity in the greater Arlington area. The intern will assist with campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and asset organization while coordinating with external vendors.

The role offers exposure to Salesforce, UTM tracking, and multi‑channel attribution, with hands‑on experience in full‑funnel marketing processes and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to write clearly and professionally when coordinating with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on demand generation programs with the marketing team.
• Create and update Salesforce campaigns for various marketing programs.
• Track campaign pacing and lead quality; coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors.
• Develop campaign tracking links using our UTM database for accurate attribution.
• Support asset development and hand-off to external vendors.
• Verify and clean lead reports from 3rd‑party sources; ensure data integrity.
• Gain hands-on experience with full‑funnel programs and lead lifecycles in Salesforce.
• Learn to interpret pacing and ROI to optimize campaigns.
