Skai in New York City is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns and build engaging programs that generate pipeline. This hands-on role suits someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow and take ownership of campaigns.

You will work across email, digital, events, and ABM initiatives, using AI tools to optimize outreach and performance while coordinating with Marketing, SDRs, and Revenue Operations. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Support demand generation campaigns across email, digital, webinars, events, content, and outbound channels.
• Build and QA campaign elements: emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables to keep launches on track.
• Support webinars and virtual events from promotion through follow-up.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate engagement, leads, and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Events and Sales.
