Paylocity is seeking a motivated Demand Generation Intern to join the Revenue Growth team and support B2B marketing programs that build awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You will work across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to support campaigns, landing pages, reporting, and funnel optimization, gaining hands-on experience with performance data and data-driven decision making.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in digital marketing and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, proactive team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns.
• Assist with campaign launches across paid search, paid social, email, and other digital channels.
• Help coordinate campaign assets, timelines, tracking, and deliverables across internal teams and agency partners.
• Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, leads, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and cost per acquisition to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Stay current on digital acquisition trends and emerging B2B marketing tactics.
• Help create presentations that communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities within the marketing funnel.
• Participate in campaign and pipeline review meetings.
• Document processes, campaign learnings, and best practices to improve team efficiency.
