Job summary

KnowBe4 in Arlington, VA is seeking a Demand Generation Intern to support the Global Demand team with internal and 3rd party marketing programs. You will assist with campaign setup and execution, reporting, asset organization, and tracking to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver high-quality results.

The internship runs January 25, 2027 to April 16, 2027 (12 weeks) and is paid. Intern relocation and lodging are the candidate's responsibility.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Desire to learn marketing technology; prior exposure to a CRM (like Salesforce) or Email Marketing tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to write clearly and professionally, especially when coordinating with external partners or vendors.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects or multiple demand programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Talent for multi-tasking and being results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support demand gen campaigns setup and execution.
• Create and update Salesforce campaigns for marketing programs.
• Track campaign pacing and lead quality; manage lead-return processes with 3rd-party vendors.
• Create and manage campaign tracking links in our UTM database for proper tracking.
• Assist in developing campaign assets and coordinating with external vendors.
• Verify, clean and process lead reports from 3rd party vendors.
• Gain hands-on experience monitoring full-funnel programs and lead lifecycles in Salesforce.
• Learn to interpret pacing and ROI to inform optimization decisions.
