KnowBe4 in New York is offering a paid Sales Development Representative Intern position in a hybrid role open to candidates in the New York area. The intern will work in our New York, New York office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) from May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027 (12 weeks).

As an SDR Intern, you’ll gain insight into the minds of the CEO and senior executives during Ask Me Anything sessions, receive comprehensive training, onboarding, and professional development workshops to help

Responsabilités

• Map company structure to identify workable accounts.
• Identify contacts within accounts.
• Learn prospecting conversations for qualification.
• Role-play conversation best practices.
• Conduct calls and emails to drive demo bookings.
• Schedule and hand-off demo-ready leads to Sales Reps.
• Maintain and organize the CRM database.
• Shadow SDRs and learn from Account Executives.
