Job summary

Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern to join our HR Team at our home office. The internship offers exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions.

As an intern, you will support the full employee life cycle, assist with resume screening, posting jobs in our ATS and niche boards, coordinate interviews, and contribute to projects that enhance the candidate and employee

  • Currently a college student enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or related program.

  • Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review.
  • Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
  • Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefits activities.
  • Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience.

Position Specifics:
  • Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
  • Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
  • Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
  • Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
  • Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
