Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join our CX team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will analyze resident and prospect data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and create data visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a quantitative or research-focused degree and have experience with Excel, survey platforms, and presenting results in PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to identify trends and pain points.
  • Translate findings into written, actionable recommendations.
  • Create data visualizations/charts to illustrate key findings.
  • Support ad hoc survey projects including drafting questions and programming surveys.
  • Support customer research and resident panel activities and synthesize findings.
  • Conduct secondary research on CX topics and industry trends.

Job description

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Our Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for monitoring and improving the end-to-end resident and prospect experience across our national portfolio of apartment communities.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable working with data, eager to apply research tools to analyze large datasets, and interested in using GenAI tools like Claude to accelerate analysis.

Position Specifics:
  • Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data toidentifytrends and pain points.
  • Translate findings into written, actionablerecommendations.
  • Create data visualizations/charts that illustrate key findings.
  • Support ad hoc survey projects, including drafting survey questions,assistingwith survey programming, producing topline results, and coordinating with the Data team to pullaccuratedata for distribution.
  • Support customer research and resident panel activities, including drafting discussion guides, coordinating researchlogistics, and helping synthesize findings from research activities.
  • Conduct secondary research on CX-related topics and industry trends to support broader team initiatives.
Skills for Success:

Education: Risingjunior,senioror graduate student pursuing a degree ina quantitativeor research-focused field (e.g.,Statistics, Data Analytics,Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Political Science).

Experience: Prior coursework or internship experience involving data analysis,quantitativeresearch, or customerresearchrequired.

Required Skills:
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience with creating formulas, pivot tables, and organizing data from multiple sources
  • Strong writing skills for summarizing findingsand recommendations
  • Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Medallia), including creating survey questionnaires and programming surveys
  • Ability to build clear, well-organized PowerPoint reports
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate as part of a team
  • Experience working with AI tools to analyze data (Claude, ChatGPT)
