Job summary

Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a Summer 2027 Construction Intern to join our Construction team at the home office. You will work closely with the project team and participate in real estate development and construction management.

Position Specifics:

• Full-Time During Summer 2027
• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Preconstruction:
  • Research codes, permits, and fees
• Dry utility coordination
• Assistwith early budgets andestimates
• Field Execution:
• Visit active job sites and join inspection walks
• Uphold code requirements and quality standards
• Track project documents andassistwith managing consultants.

Skills for Success:

• Available to work40 hoursper week during the Summer
• Currently a student of Junior or Senior standing enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program
• Interest in the construction industry
