Polaris Inc. invites students to join a 12-week Human Resources Internship (HRIP) across multiple Minnesota locations. You will be embedded on an HR team, gaining hands-on experience with HRBP, HRG, and CoE activities while developing foundational leadership and analytics skills.

The program emphasizes mentorship, development series, cross-functional collaboration, and a final showcase. Candidates must be pursuing a business/HR degree and able to commit to 40 hours weekly during the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or HR with a graduation window Aug 2027–May 2029.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours/week.
• U.S. person and able to relocate; no sponsorship needed now or later.
• Proactive, with demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.
