Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking candidates for its Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP).

You will complete three one-year rotations across HRBP, HRG, and CoE roles, with relocation to locations including Minnesota and Idaho, before transitioning into a full-time HR role within Polaris. The program emphasizes business acumen, leadership, and HR expertise, with rolling applications and start dates aligned to graduation timing in January or June.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with graduation date Aug 2026–May 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• U.S. person and no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with objectives.
• Drive talent management including attraction, development, retention, and succession.
• Lead performance management through coaching and development planning.
• Provide employee relations guidance and investigate concerns.
• Support Total Rewards programs with leaders on compensation and benefits.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through design and planning.
• Ensure HR operational excellence with processes and data reporting.
• Enable organizational change through readiness and adoption.
