Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota seeks high-potential graduates for the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a three-year rotational program to build business acumen, leadership, and HR expertise through hands-on assignments.

Participants rotate as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and Center of Excellence, with relocation to multiple sites including Medina, MN. Upon completion, you move into a full-time HR role within Polaris, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, human resources, or related field with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Previous internship, co-op, leadership, athletics, student org, or relevant project showing teamwork and initiative.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must commit to 40 hours/week starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
• U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations; mobile beyond program.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Demonstrated business acumen and sound judgment to analyze information and make HR-driven recommendations.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills to lead projects and collaborate.
• Foundational HR knowledge gained through coursework or related HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Drive talent management including attraction, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead performance management with coaching on goals, feedback, and development.
• Provide employee relations guidance; resolve concerns and conduct investigations.
• Support total rewards programs; advise on compensation and benefits.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness via design, planning, engagement, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Ensure HR operational excellence through processes, compliance, HR systems, and reporting.
• Enable organizational change by guiding leaders through business transitions.
