Polaris Inc. in Minnesota invites recent graduates to join its Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a three-year accelerated path with three one-year rotations across HRBP, HRG, and CoE roles. Rotations may relocate candidates to Medina, Plymouth, Wyoming, and other locations within the U.S.

Upon completion, participants transition into full-time HR roles within Polaris. The program offers mentorship, structured development, and networking opportunities, with relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, or other related business degree.
• GPA minimum of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must commit to working 40 hours per week starting Jan 11 2027 or Jun 14 2027.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and ability to analyze information and make HR-driven recommendations.
• Leadership, communication, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Business Leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Drive Talent Management across attraction, development, retention and succession.
• Lead Performance Management coaching for leaders and employees.
• Provide Employee Relations guidance and investigations.
• Support Total Rewards programs—compensation, benefits, and rewards decisions.
• Enhance Organizational Effectiveness through design, planning, engagement, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Ensure HR Operational Excellence through processes, compliance, and HR data reporting.
• Support organizational change and readiness during business changes.
