Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites highly motivated engineering students to join a 12-week paid internship across Design, Project, Systems, or Development Engineering teams in Minnesota locations.

As an Engineering Intern you will work on project-based assignments, gain exposure to multiple facets of engineering, and engage in mentorship, programming hours, and networking with Polaris leaders. You will also participate in the Intern Innovation Challenge and Early Talent Summit Week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with an intended graduation date between Aug 2027–May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Willing and able to relocate for a 12-week internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on impactful, project-based engineering assignments across multiple teams.
• Gain exposure to larger ongoing projects and shorter initiatives.
• Present outcomes and learnings to mentors and leaders.
