Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites high-potential graduates to join its HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) for three years of accelerated growth through three one-year rotations across HR functions.

Participants will relocate as needed and gain broad exposure to business partners, generalist HR roles, and centers of excellence. Upon completion, associates transition into full-time HR positions within Polaris, with mentoring, development opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, human resources, or related field with a graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
• U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel and relocate for rotations; mobility required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated business acumen and sound judgment to integrate HR into business processes.
