Job summary

The program transitions into a full-time HR role based on business needs and demonstrated performance. Minnesota location rotations and a starting pay range of $66,000–$80,000 per year are part of the package, with relocation

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, or related field with a graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027.
• Prior internship, co-op, leadership, athletics, student organization, or relevant project experience demonstrating teamwork and initiative.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Willing to travel and relocate for rotations; U.S. mobility required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management to attract, develop, retain, and succession planning for leadership.
• Lead performance management through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
• Provide employee relations guidance and ensure consistent policy application.
• Support Total Rewards programs with leadership on compensation and benefits.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through design, planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR operational excellence with compliant processes and HR data insights.
• Guide organizational change through readiness and adoption efforts.
