Job summary
Pentair offers a 12-week HR internship program exposing you to strategic projects across manufacturing, operations, and HR COEs. You will complete impactful assignments, gain mentorship, and present outcomes to leadership.
The program includes a professional development week in Minnesota with networking and volunteering opportunities. Ideal candidates are self-starting, possess leadership experience, and are pursuing a Master’s in HR/IR or an MBA, with relocation readiness and US work
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree in HR/IR, HR Management/Development, or MBA.
- Enrolled as a first-year graduate student.
- Willingness to relocate during hire and progression within the organization.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 12-week internship program on HR projects across manufacturing, business units, HR Shared Services and COEs.
- Complete meaningful projects benefiting the site, function, or COE.
- Engage in mentorship and leadership development activities with Pentair leaders.
