Qualifications

• High school diploma or current student status in an IT/tech program.
• Interest in Information Technology, Help Desk, or related field.
• Enrollment in IT or technical training program preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace preferred.
• Previous customer service or internship experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/Amharic or other) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and account-related issues.
• Assist staff and students with troubleshooting Windows laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Support password resets, login issues, and basic account access requests.
• Assist with basic Wi-Fi connectivity and software troubleshooting.
• Provide classroom technology and audiovisual support, including smartboards and projectors.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
