Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in Information Technology or related field.
• Knowledge of MS Windows desktop and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Helpdesk: receive, escalate, and close tickets; manage end-user expectations for response times.
• Provide end-user support for Windows and Microsoft Office for local and remote users.
• Prepare, set up, and coordinate employee equipment.
• Identify upgrade needs and work with IT to schedule hardware/software replacements.
• Participate in testing and evaluation of hardware/software with IT staff.
• Adapt/modify existing hardware/software to meet needs.
• Maintain peripherals (printers) and assist with travel as required.
