Qualified students are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR or related fields, with Sophomore to Senior standing. The program runs 3 months in the summer and offers paid collaboration with Sr. Leadership at our Ohio headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular audits of payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in reviewing and transcribing Payroll SOPs for clarity and consistency.
• Support management of timecard exceptions, including missed punches and hours under threshold.
• Monitor and respond to payroll-related inquiries through the internal ticketing system.
• Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies, trends, or areas for improvement.
