Job summary

All’s Well Healthcare partners with the State of California’s DDS to offer a paid 3-month shadow training internship for Direct Service Professional (DSP) Interns. You will shadow experienced staff, learn to support adults with developmental needs, and may obtain permanent employment after a successful period.

You will work up to 30 hours per week under a DSP mentor, with duties ranging from empowering individuals to facilitating access to services and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.
