Job summary

Alls Well Healthcare partners with the State of California to offer a 3-month paid shadow training program for Direct Service Professional interns. You will shadow staff up to 30 hours per week under a DSP mentor and may be offered permanent employment as early as week three, mirroring a working interview.

Your duties vary by client needs and include empowering individuals, supporting communication, daily living skills, community participation, and pursuing education and career goals while

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a CA Driver's License & personal vehicle.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities
