Job summary

All’s Well Healthcare in California partners with the State DDS to offer a paid 3-month shadow training program for Direct Service Professional Interns. You will shadow an experienced DSP mentor for up to three months, working up to 30 hours per week with a focus on hands-on learning and real-world support.

duties include empowering individuals, aiding daily living skills, promoting inclusion, documenting progress, and pursuing education and job readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and health screenings.
