Job summary

Cox Fleet offers a paid education program that leads to becoming a Diesel & Trailer Technician. Trainees undergo five weeks of classroom study in Indianapolis, IN, with travel and meals provided, followed by field mentorship in their home market and a path to full-time employment as a Mobile Diesel Technician.

Participants receive a stipend, on-site training, and a guaranteed career path with real pay rates and opportunities for raises as you advance through the program.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study hard for five weeks of full-time schooling
• DOT-regulated pre-employment requirements and background checks
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid 5-week classroom training in Indianapolis, IN
• Receive on-site mentorship and hands-on training at customer sites
• Transition to a full-time Mobile Diesel Technician role in your market after graduation
