Cox Automotive is seeking candidates for a FleeTec Trainee - DOT Management Level program. The paid educational track leads to becoming a full-time Diesel & Trailer Technician with on-site and mobile fleet maintenance exposure across markets.

Training includes classroom weeks in Indianapolis, hands-on mentorship, and a multi-year path to full employment. Participants will earn during training stages, receive travel and lodging support, and advance to a mobile technician role in their market upon

Qualifications

• Willingness to study hard for ten weeks of full-time schooling at the Academy Campus.
• Candidate must pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Complete ten weeks of classroom training at the Academy Campus.
• Receive 8–10 weeks of mentorship in the field back home; then 5 weeks of classroom training in Indianapolis.
