Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel Technician and join a mobile fleet service model.
• Willingness to study and complete four weeks of paid training.
• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles; strong mechanical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Complete four weeks of paid classroom training with travel and lodging arranged.
• Prepare for hands‑on training under a Lead Technician in the market.
• Advance to a full‑time Mobile Diesel Mechanic role after graduation.
• Engage in ongoing learning to maintain and service customer fleets on site.
