ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Project Manager Intern/Co-Op (Summer 2027) in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of construction projects, working with experienced professionals who mentor you through design/build processes.

Qualifications

• Requires enrollment in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.
• Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owner, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare weekly reports and track action items.
• Learn estimating, takeoffs, scheduling, and submittal reviews.
• Support permitting, buyout, and vendor communications.
