Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Culinary Intern for the FLIK program at the New York Jets Training Facility in Florham Park, NJ. The internship runs Summer and Fall 2027 with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and full-time scheduling to be discussed at interview.

Interns must be enrolled in college and pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts, with duties across FOH/BOH, guest engagement, and support for catering events. Free meals and uniform laundering are available at select locations.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university.
• Pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Eligible for a summer/fall internship during 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations as needed.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events and on-site operations.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives and safety protocols.
• Support culinary services and work with a mentor.
