Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Hospitality & Catering Internship for Summer 2027. Interns will rotate across Stamford CT, Norwalk CT, and Manhattan NYC, with 20–40 hours weekly and a $20/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in college/university pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Availability for Summer 2027 internship (May–August).
• Commitment to 20–40 hours per week as required by internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different roles based on location and needs.
• Assist with events setup/closing, cashier, coffee/barista, and guest greeting.
• Support catering events with setup, buffet arrangement and cleanup.
• Assist marketing tasks like signage and seasonal decorations.
• Adhere to platinum service standards and front-of-house quality.
• Follow company policies and client expectations.
