Responsibilities include shadowing a Project Manager, coordinating with subcontractors, and engaging with customers building their new home, with exposure to Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking areas.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors and interact with customers.
• Explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking areas.
