NVR is seeking a Construction Management Intern for a 12-week paid internship, providing hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. You will shadow a Project Manager in the field, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

Additionally, you will have opportunities in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking, gaining broad exposure to the business.

Qualifications

• Must be highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, graduat ­ion within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
