NVR is offering a 12-week paid Construction Management Internship to provide hands-on experience across our homebuilding operations. You'll gain exposure to project management in the field, working with on-site subcontractors and engaging customers building their new home.

During the internship you may rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking to see how the business operates end to end.

Qualifications

• Lead with strong leadership and communication to interact with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, expected to graduate within 12 months.
• Hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist a Project Manager in the field.
• Coordinate with on-site subcontractors and interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking areas.
