NVR is offering a Construction Management Intern 12-week paid internship designed to provide hands-on project management exposure within the homebuilding industry.

You will shadow a Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers while exploring Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking areas. The program includes mentorship and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months of internship.
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking areas.
