NVR is offering a 12-week paid Construction Management Intern program. You will shadow a Project Manager in the field, work directly with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

This internship also lets you rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to understand the full homebuilding lifecycle, with mentoring and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
