Job summary

NVR Inc. is offering a Construction Management Intern for a 12-week paid internship in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience by shadowing a Project Manager, working with subcontractors, and interacting with customers building their new home.

You will also spend time in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to understand the full homebuilding lifecycle. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, with enrollment in a college degree

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably within 12 months of graduation.
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors and interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore Sales & Marketing to understand the new home sales lifecycle.
• Learn Land Research forecasting for future homebuilding activity.
