Responsibilities

• Shadow a Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the new home sales life cycle.
• Explore Land Research to forecast homebuilding activity.
• Tour Building Products operations and design offices.
• Gain exposure to Mortgage Banking processes.
