Job summary

NVR, Inc. offers a 12-week Construction Management Intern program in the United States. This paid internship lets you gain hands-on experience across project management, field operations, and customer relations, with a pathway to full-time roles after graduation.

You will shadow a Project Manager, collaborate with on-site teams, and explore Sales, Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking, and other areas to understand the homebuilding business in depth.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing and assisting an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Sales & Marketing: Work alongside the sales team and with our customers to understand the new home sales life cycle.
• Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking exposure to understand the business areas.
